What recurring cleaning is built for
A recurring visit is maintenance, not a race through an identical checklist in every house. The goal is to keep the important areas consistently clean so the home does not slide all the way back to βbig projectβ status between visits.
Choose the frequency that fits
Weekly cleaning suits busy homes and heavier-use spaces. Every two weeks is a common middle ground. Every four weeks can work when you mainly want help staying ahead of bathrooms, floors and detail work. The estimate starts with your actual home, not a one-size-fits-all package.
Your priorities stay visible
If the kitchen and bathrooms matter most, say so. If pet hair is the battle, tell us. If a room is off limits, that belongs in the plan too. A good recurring service should become easier to manage over time because the priorities are known.
What can be included?
Exact scope is confirmed with the estimate. Common priorities include:
- Weekly, every two weeks or every four weeks
- Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and dusting
- High-touch surfaces and general tidying within the agreed scope
- Pet-hair priorities can be noted
- Custom priorities recorded with the estimate
